By placing an order, you agree to the contractual terms applicable to your purchase, subject to any mandatory rights provided by law.
Our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy provide additional information about our operations and form part of the applicable contractual framework to the extent lawfully incorporated.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that consumers cannot lawfully waive.

You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact details.
You must not use unauthorized payment methods, submit fraudulent orders, misuse the website, or intentionally interfere with our systems.
We may carry out proportionate verification procedures to prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations.
4. PRODUCTS AND SPECIFICATIONS
Solvialens sells smart eyewear and related technology products.
Depending on the model, products may include cameras, microphones, Bluetooth connectivity, hands-free functions, AI assistance, or translation technology.
The features included with each product are those expressly specified in the applicable product listing and any other binding pre-contractual information.
Customers should review:

Any disclosed third-party service requirements or costs.
We strive to ensure that product photographs, descriptions, and representations accurately reflect the goods offered.
Minor variations that do not affect contractual conformity may occur. Material substitutions require appropriate agreement.
Nothing in this section permits delivery of a product that does not conform to the contract or mandatory consumer law.
5. PRODUCT PRICING AND ACCURACY
Prices are displayed in the applicable currency shown at checkout.
The total payable amount, including charges collected by us, will be presented before the customer submits the order.
Where required by law, applicable taxes, shipping charges, import costs, and other additional charges will be disclosed before purchase.
Any additional import charges payable separately must be identified in accordance with applicable disclosure requirements.
Discounts and promotions are subject to their disclosed conditions.
Where legally required, price reductions will be displayed with the relevant prior reference price.
We may correct obvious errors on our website, but any correction affecting a concluded contract will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
6. ORDERS AND CONTRACT FORMATION
Adding products to a shopping cart does not create a purchase contract.
Submitting an order constitutes a request to purchase the selected goods on the disclosed terms.
An automated order acknowledgment confirms that the order has been received.
Unless applicable law or the checkout process establishes the contract earlier, a purchase contract is formed when Solvialens accepts the order.
We may decline an order before contractual acceptance for legitimate reasons, including unavailability, objectively reasonable fraud concerns, legal restrictions, or clear pricing errors.
Payments collected for orders that are not accepted will be refunded without undue delay.
Once a binding agreement exists, it may be changed or terminated only in accordance with applicable law and the agreement.
7. PAYMENT AND FRAUD PREVENTION
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.
Payments may be handled by authorized third-party payment processors.
We may conduct reasonable transaction checks where necessary to protect customers and prevent unauthorized activity.
We may request verification before fulfillment when supported by legitimate security concerns.
We will not charge undisclosed fees or impose unauthorized additional payment obligations.
Customers retain applicable rights relating to unauthorized transactions, payment disputes, and statutory remedies.
8. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Solvialens ships to eligible destinations shown at checkout.
Products are generally dispatched from fulfillment facilities located in Hong Kong.
Shipment processing and delivery estimates are set out in our Shipping Policy and the information presented during checkout.
Delivery periods depend on the applicable shipping option and destination.
We will disclose relevant delivery arrangements before purchase and fulfill orders within agreed or otherwise legally required timeframes.
If a delivery is delayed, customers may exercise the remedies provided under applicable law.
Our use of suppliers, warehouses, or logistics providers does not relieve us of mandatory obligations owed to customers.
9. IMPORT TAXES, CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
International shipments may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, or carrier handling charges.
Whether these costs are included in the checkout total or collected separately will depend on the shipping arrangements disclosed before purchase.
Customers will be informed of applicable additional costs, or how they are calculated when they cannot reasonably be calculated in advance, as required by law.
Solvialens will not impose previously undisclosed mandatory charges contrary to consumer protection legislation.
Import procedures and taxes vary by destination and may change over time.
10. DELIVERY AND RISK OF LOSS
For consumer purchases, risk of loss or damage remains with Solvialens until the customer, or a person designated by the customer, receives physical possession of the goods, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
An automated carrier status does not automatically override legal delivery requirements.
If an order is missing, damaged in transit, or materially delayed, customers should contact support@solvialens.com.
We may investigate with the carrier and request reasonable relevant information.
Customers will receive applicable statutory remedies where the seller is responsible for the issue.
11. ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATION BEFORE DELIVERY
Customers should contact Solvialens as soon as possible if they wish to correct or modify an order.
Requests made within 12 hours are more likely to be processed before fulfillment begins, but this period is an operational guideline and not a restriction of statutory rights.
Order amendments, such as changing a product variant or delivery address, may not always be possible after fulfillment has begun.
Where Swedish consumer law applies, consumers may cancel an order before delivery under the applicable statutory rules.
Where legally permitted and justified, the seller may be entitled to compensation for eligible costs resulting from such cancellation. Any such claim will be assessed individually under applicable law and will not constitute an automatic cancellation penalty.
Statutory withdrawal rights and remedies for delay or non-conforming goods remain unaffected.
12. STATUTORY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Consumers covered by applicable EU distance-selling legislation generally have the right to withdraw from an eligible online goods purchase without giving a reason within 14 days after receiving the goods.
For eligible orders delivered in separate shipments, the relevant period may begin when the final item is received.
Consumers may communicate their withdrawal before the goods are received.
To exercise this right, customers must communicate a clear decision to withdraw within the applicable period.
Withdrawal may be exercised by emailing support@solvialens.com, submitting the model withdrawal form below, or using the electronic withdrawal function provided on our website.
Where legally required, the electronic function will remain accessible during the statutory withdrawal period and provide confirmation of receipt.
Consumers are not required to provide a reason for statutory withdrawal.
Any exception to the right of withdrawal applies only where the legal requirements for that exception are satisfied.
13. RETURNS FOLLOWING WITHDRAWAL
After notifying us of statutory withdrawal, customers must return or hand over the products within the applicable statutory period, generally 14 days after giving notice.
Customers should use the return instructions and destination provided in our Return & Refund Policy.
Customers are responsible for direct return shipping costs for non-defective goods only where those costs were properly disclosed before purchase and applicable law allows us to allocate them to the customer.
Where legally permitted, customers may be responsible for diminished product value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the product's nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Reasonable inspection of the goods does not automatically remove the right of withdrawal.
No return authorization requirement will prevent a valid exercise of a statutory right.
14. WITHDRAWAL REFUNDS
Where a statutory withdrawal is valid, we will refund the payments required by law, including the standard outbound delivery cost where applicable.
Additional charges for premium delivery options voluntarily selected by the customer need not be reimbursed where applicable law permits this.
For applicable EU consumer withdrawals, reimbursement will be made without undue delay and within 14 days after we are informed of the decision to withdraw.
Where legally permitted, we may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or the customer provides evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will ordinarily be made to the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed and does not impose additional costs on the consumer.
We do not impose unlawful restocking or administrative fees for exercising statutory withdrawal rights.
15. NON-CONFORMING, INCORRECT OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
Customers should contact us if they receive goods that are defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or inconsistent with the contract.
We may request a reasonable description of the problem and any supporting information required to investigate the issue.
Applicable remedies may include repair, replacement, an appropriate price reduction, termination of the contract, reimbursement, or compensation where provided by law.
The availability and sequence of these remedies depend on the relevant legislation and circumstances.
Where Swedish consumer purchase law applies, the consumer generally has the right to complain about original defects for three years.
Other jurisdictions may provide different or additional legal protections.
Remedies required by mandatory consumer law will not be made conditional on payment of unlawful inspection, handling, or return fees.
16. WARRANTIES AND DIGITAL ELEMENTS
Any voluntary manufacturer's or commercial warranty is separate from statutory consumer rights.
The duration of a voluntary warranty does not reduce legal rights concerning defective or non-conforming products.
Where smart eyewear includes digital elements, applicable legal conformity obligations may extend to necessary software functionality and updates.
We will provide or arrange legally required updates and information to the extent of our responsibilities.
Changes in third-party technology do not automatically remove our contractual or statutory obligations.
17. AI FEATURES AND TRANSLATION
Certain smart glasses may include artificial intelligence, voice assistance, automated responses, or language translation.
These features may rely on third-party software, internet connectivity, compatible devices, or cloud services.
AI-generated responses may contain errors or inaccuracies. Translation performance may be affected by noise, language, context, connectivity, or software limitations.
Customers should independently verify information where inaccurate output could create material risks.
AI features are not a substitute for qualified medical, legal, financial, emergency, or other specialist advice.
We do not promise perfect translation or error-free AI-generated information.
However, where specific functionality has been promised as part of the purchase contract, the product must comply with applicable conformity requirements.
Any relevant geographic restrictions, required third-party accounts, optional subscriptions, or charges must be disclosed where legally required.
18. CAMERA, AUDIO RECORDING AND PRIVACY
Some products may include camera and audio recording capabilities.
Customers must use these features in accordance with applicable recording, privacy, data protection, and other laws.
Recording, publishing, or distributing information about other individuals may require permission, consent, or another lawful basis depending on the circumstances.
Products must not be used for unlawful surveillance, harassment, stalking, or prohibited covert recording.
Customers must respect legal recording restrictions in private, sensitive, or restricted environments.
Solvialens remains responsible for its own personal data processing and other legal obligations.
The lawful operation of the device does not authorize unlawful recording or publication by an individual user.
19. PRODUCT SAFETY
Customers must follow all applicable safety instructions supplied with the product.
Smart glasses should not be used in ways that distract from driving, cycling, operating machinery, or other activities requiring continuous attention.
Customers should discontinue use if a device overheats, shows battery damage, produces smoke, or develops a potentially dangerous fault.
Only compatible charging equipment and accessories should be used.
Do not expose a device to environmental conditions exceeding its stated specifications.
Customers should follow all applicable local laws, product warnings, and manufacturer instructions.
Nothing in these Terms transfers mandatory product safety responsibilities from Solvialens or other responsible economic operators to the customer.
20. WEBSITE USE AND SECURITY
Users must not deliberately interfere with our website, gain unauthorized access, submit malicious software, or engage in unlawful payment or transaction activity.
We may take reasonable measures to investigate suspected fraudulent or unlawful use.
Legitimate complaints, critical reviews, refund requests, and lawful consumer disputes are not considered misuse.
Security-related restrictions will be proportionate and consistent with applicable law.
21. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Original Solvialens branding, website text, designs, and other protected content may be subject to intellectual property rights.
No website access transfers ownership of these rights.
Unauthorized commercial reproduction or misuse of protected material is prohibited to the extent permitted by law.
Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
22. CUSTOMER REVIEWS
Customers may submit honest and lawful feedback about their purchases.
We may moderate content that is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or infringes third-party rights.
We will not prohibit legitimate negative reviews solely because they criticize Solvialens.
Where reviews are described as verified purchases, appropriate verification processes should support that description.
Any separate permission for commercial reuse of customer photographs or other content will be handled under applicable law.
23. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our store and products may depend on third-party payment services, shipping carriers, software, applications, or technology platforms.
These services may have their own applicable terms where customers enter into a separate relationship with the provider.
Solvialens is not automatically responsible for every independent act of an external provider.
Nevertheless, outsourcing fulfillment, payment, software, or other functions does not remove mandatory responsibilities that remain with Solvialens.
24. PERSONAL DATA
Personal information collected by Solvialens is processed as described in our Privacy Policy and in accordance with applicable data protection law.
Privacy rights, legal processing requirements, and consent obligations are not waived by accepting these Terms.
Customers may contact support@solvialens.com with privacy-related questions.
25. LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
This includes mandatory consumer remedies, applicable product liability, fraud, and liability for death or personal injury where exclusion is prohibited.
We do not exclude liability for failure to fulfill obligations imposed by mandatory consumer protection law.
To the extent legally permitted, Solvialens will not be responsible for losses attributable solely to unlawful actions by users or events outside its reasonable control where such losses are not legally attributable to Solvialens.
For customers acting exclusively in the course of business, additional limitations concerning indirect commercial loss may apply only to the extent permitted by law.
No provision imposes a general obligation on consumer customers to indemnify Solvialens for ordinary disputes or complaints.
26. EVENTS OUTSIDE REASONABLE CONTROL
Events such as major natural disasters, governmental restrictions, widespread infrastructure failures, or serious transportation disruptions may affect fulfillment.
We will take reasonable steps to minimize disruption and communicate relevant delivery issues.
Where applicable law gives customers remedies for delayed, cancelled, or impossible deliveries, those rights continue to apply.
This section does not grant an unlimited right to retain payments or refuse statutory refunds.
27. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms to reflect legal, operational, or technical developments.
Updated versions will display an applicable revision date.
Changes will not retrospectively remove rights arising under an existing purchase contract without a valid legal basis.
Where an ongoing service requires customer notice or consent for material changes, applicable requirements will be followed.
28. GOVERNING LAW AND CONSUMER DISPUTES
These Terms are governed by the laws of [COUNTRY WHERE THE SELLER IS ESTABLISHED], subject to applicable rules protecting consumers in their country of habitual residence.
A choice of law does not deprive consumers of protections that cannot be excluded under applicable conflict-of-law and consumer legislation.
Consumers retain access to competent courts and any applicable statutory dispute resolution mechanisms.
If the seller is established in Sweden, eligible disputes may be submitted to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), subject to its jurisdiction and admissibility requirements.
ARN: https://www.arn.se
Business-to-business jurisdiction, where applicable, may be determined separately under valid contractual and legal rules.
29. COMPLAINTS AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT
Customers may submit questions, complaints, withdrawal notices, and other requests to:
We aim to acknowledge and respond to inquiries promptly and investigate disputes fairly.
Please provide the order number where available and relevant information about the issue.
Customers are not required to waive legal rights, accept store credit in place of a legally required monetary refund, or agree to unreasonable conditions to submit a valid complaint.
30. SEVERABILITY AND STATUTORY RIGHTS
If any provision is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, it will be ineffective to that extent without automatically invalidating the remaining terms.
The remaining terms continue to apply insofar as legally permitted.
No provision will be interpreted as limiting mandatory consumer or product safety laws.
